The Episcopal Church in Connecticut (ECCT) is the founding institution behind Seabury Retirement Community. It’s commitment to outreach in the community motivated the creation of the modern Seabury. Moreover, ECCT encouraged the funding of the current full-care facilities in Bloomfield.
Seabury has a strong moral commitment to it residents and their families. That is the genesis of providing funding for those whose resources have been depleted beyond their control. In addition, the Foundation is now expanding its focus to include enhancing the campus and to create ways to take advantage of data describing future senior living trends.
